WHO WE ARE
P&G Renovation Ltd ("we", "us") is a painting and renovation contractor based in Newmarket, Ontario. We are responsible for the personal information we collect through this website and handle it in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project details (such as project type, city and your message) and any photos you choose to upload. We also keep basic technical information, such as the page you sent the form from and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address used only to block spam.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out your project, and follow up with you about it. We collect only what we need for these purposes, and we ask for your consent when you submit the form.
WHERE IT IS STORED
Your information is stored in a secure cloud database and is delivered to our team by an email provider. These service providers may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We require our providers to protect your information and use it only on our behalf.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep quote requests and related project information for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted, unless we need it longer to meet a legal or contractual obligation.
WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where required by law.
ANALYTICS AND COOKIES
If you accept cookies, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can decline cookies and still use the site and request a quote.
YOUR RIGHTS: ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETION
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Email info@pg-renovation.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
